Cheerleading at Courage Cheer

We strive to provide a unique, fun, and competitive experience through our cheerleading programs. Cheerleading offers a unique opportunity to learn stunting, jumps, dance and tumbling, and perform all skills in an action-packed 2 1/2 minute routine. Our sport is unique in that everyone plays a vital role on the team and no one sits on the bench! Athletes will experience new friendships and opportunities through travel, competitions, team bonding, practices, and more!

PREP TEAMS

Our Prep Cheer Team is perfect for athletes ready to take the next step in their cheer journey with a balance of commitment and competition. These teams practice 1.5 hours twice a week, focusing on building strong fundamentals in stunting, tumbling, jumps, and choreography. In the two weeks leading up to each competition, athletes will attend additional practices to polish and perfect their routine. The season includes 6–9 competitions, offering valuable performance experience in a supportive and energetic team environment.

ELITE ALL STAR

Our Elite Cheer Team is designed for athletes ready for a higher level of training and performance. This team practices 2 hours twice a week, focusing on advanced stunting, tumbling, and routine execution. In the two weeks leading up to each competition, athletes will attend additional practices to ensure they’re competition-ready. With 6–9 competitions throughout the season, athletes will gain valuable experience, build confidence, and grow as both individuals and teammates.
