Introduction
We would like to thank you and welcome you to our Courage Family. Here we hope you enjoy your experience with our classes and staff. Our mission is to give you the best instruction in a positive environment with a community atmosphere. iClassPro Online Portal
Our online portal is the easiest way to schedule make up classes, change classes, drop classes, make payments, check statements, etc. You can locate our online portal through our website or enter : CLICK HERE for our ONLINE PORTAL

Your password is the email address from your medical release form and your starting password is everything before the @ in your email address. After you log in for the first time you can change your password to whatever you want. If you lose your password you just click the forgot password button and a recovery email will be sent to your email on file. Please make sure your information is up to date. The email address is the way you will be contacted the most.

ANNIVERSARY FEE:
All Students will be charged an anniversary fee. This fee is good for one year or until you drop out of the program.

MAKEUP POLICY:
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes can be made up either one week before or two weeks after missed class. Classes can be made up in any of our regularly scheduled classes. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays. You can schedule a make up class by calling or emailing our front office.

DROP PROCEDURE:
Parents/Guardians must notify Courage Cheer and Dance to drop a student from classes. Only a written notice via email, regular postal mail, or hand delivered to our front desk will be acceptable. You must give us a 30 day notice for you not to be charged for the next month. After you drop your class your make up classes cannot be used after drop date or used as credit for a non paid month.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes whether or not your student attends class. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student’s account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.

DRESS CODE
Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear during class. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.

Arrival and Pick up

CAR RIDERS
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

BUS RIDERS
If your child goes to LHISD and would like to ride the bus, please contact the bus barn to set that up. Your child must be enrolled in a class in order to be eligible to ride the bus to Courage Cheer and Dance. There is a check in at the front desk for all bus riders to check in at. If your child is not going to get off the bus please call to let us know. We are not a licensed daycare so we do not have organized snack and homework time. Your child may wait for their class upstairs in the parent viewing area

CHARGES
All tuition is charged on the 1st of the month. Registration is charged on the day of enrollment.

AUTO DRAFT
You can choose to put a card on file with Courage Cheer and Dance United. Our auto pay runs on the 7th of the month. If you need to update your card information you can either do it through our online portal or come in to the front office.

LATE PAYMENTS
You have until the 15th to paid via cash, check, charge, or auto pay. All charges not paid by the 16th will be considered late and charged a $10 late fee. All charges not paid within 30 days will acquire an additional $30 late fee. Every additional month that is late will acquire another $50 late fee until payment is received. After 3 months of non payment we will notify our collections agency.

STATEMENTS
Statements are both emailed and mailed out regularly via the email and physical address we have on file.
