Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our Tumbling Classes focus on building strong technique, strength, and confidence in a supportive and structured environment. Whether your athlete is just starting out or looking to master advanced skills, our tumbling program offers progressions for all levels. Athletes will work on flexibility, body control, drills, and proper form while progressing through foundational and advanced tumbling skills at their own pace.

Recreational Class Options

Ages 2-4

This class focuses on foundational skills such as handstands, forward rolls, cartwheels, and bridge kickovers. Parent participation is required, as athletes will work through the same stations used in our Kick-Over class for extra support and guidance.

Ages 4-14

This class is designed for athletes who are ready to build on foundational skills and work toward more advanced movements. Athletes will focus on handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, and kick overs. Emphasis is placed on strength, flexibility, and proper technique to help athletes gain confidence and progress toward back walkovers and other skills.

Ages 6-18

This class is perfect for athletes working to develop power and control in their tumbling. Skills covered include power hurdles, round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers, back handsprings, and front handsprings. Athletes will focus on proper technique, strength, and body alignment to safely progress toward connected tumbling passes and more advanced skills.

Ages 7-18

This class is designed for athletes who have a solid back handspring and are ready to advance their skills. Focus areas include round-off back handsprings, standing and running series of back handsprings, and back handspring variations. Athletes will work on building power, speed, and consistency while refining technique and improving overall tumbling control.

Ages 8-18

This class focuses on advanced tumbling skills, including standing and running tucks, layouts, and full twists. Athletes will develop the strength, technique, and air awareness needed to safely perform these high-level skills while improving consistency and confidence.

Enrollment is limited to students currently in middle school or high school.

This class is tailored specifically for middle and high school cheerleaders looking to improve their tumbling and jumps. Athletes will work on skills that enhance their performance for cheer routines.
